Our Team



Tariro Mhute joined LEAD in July 2011 as an attachee/ Intern in the Information Technology Department. She holds a Diploma in Information Technology from Ranche House College.  After completion of her Internship, she excelled in many departments and has advance to being the Administrative Secretary for the ministry. She has many excellent qualities, a great attitude, invaluable customer service skills, and we are so grateful to have her as part of our team!!

 LEAD is very grateful for these two ladies who  Assist in the Ministry with cooking, cleaning, and "all other duties as assigned"  They have been with LEAD since it was founded in Zimbabwe. 




Ms. Dzapasi  joined LEAD Academy in 2012 and comes with a great deal of experience in children education especially with pre-schoolers.  She also holds qualifications in Community based Health, Caregiver, and in Aerobics and Gymnastics. She has a passion for her job! Her hobbies include reading novels, playing womens soccer & softball.



Teacher Joy is our preschool teacher and has a smile that warms the heart. She is creative with the children and loved by all.



Teacher Mai Nhowa was retired from the Education system after the country's education system deteriorated.  She came to work at LEAD 2014 as the Grade 1 teacher, and has advanced to be the Grade 2 teacher. She brings a world of experience to LEAD Academy.



Fortunate recently joined LEAD in 2015 as our Grade 1 teacher.  She comes with great credentials and we are blessed to have her on board.

LEAD Strategy

The majority of the world's pastors and leaders do not have the opportunity for formal theological training offered by seminaries. The ministry of LEAD exists to bring essential training to these pastors and leaders for the purposes of helping them develop healthy multiplying church and businesses. We believe that developing the leaders of the third world is strategic focus which will yield long-term sustainable results in transforming our communities.
